As a mom of three, I know the struggle of losing oneself. I was out of shape, tired, and lost my zest for life. For years, I thought I knew what I needed to be heatlhy.  After earning a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, as well as countless training, nutrition, and exercise certification, I quickly realized how wrong I was.  The struggle for many is learning HOW to apply this information.  Now, having recreated my body and my life, I want YOU to experience the same success.  My goal is to take away this struggle by teaching you the fundamentals of exercise, nutrition, and learn how to recreate your body.  I will give you the foundation on which to build the life and body of your dreams!
