You know these moments - you find yourself standing in your pantry or fridge, staring mindlessly at food. You aren't hungry, you aren't thirsty, but you think you are. You have a void that needs filled and the best solution in that moment is the hidden bag of chocolate chips you stashed in the back of the cupboard, behind other boxes of food.

You pace back and forth, moving bags and packages around, trying to avoid the one thing you really want but don't need.

Rest is often underestimated.  It can sometimes be the missing piece to unlock the full potential of all the other aspects we work so hard to achieve.  How can we maximize our rest in order to achieve our goals without feeling like we will fall into lazy tendencies?
