Chicken, rice, and broccoli.  Sounds like a recipe for boring, bland, "diet" food.  Not tonight!

We found a great alternative to throw in the mix that is sure to please everyone at the table, both big and small.  It delivers a good helping of protein and complex carbohydrates, and is a great way to utilize those leftovers in the fridge.

Mexican cuisine makes me weak in the knees.  The rich, creamy, cheese-laden dishes, the spicy fire in my mouth, the crispy tortillas... please excuse me while I wipe my mouth...

Unfortunately, this does little to help my midsection or my backside.  So how do I still get my fill without filling out?  Problem solved.

Ranch dressing seems to be a staple for every child (and adult).  It goes with anything.  When the original is a far cry from anything "healthy", how do you find a suitable replacement?  I've got the answer.
