Tomato and Basil Shrimp Pasta

Want a super quick dinner idea that's healthy, packed with protein, and a real treat?  Try this delicious spin on italian that fresh and easy!

2-3 T. Olive oil

1/2 onion, diced 

3 cloves garlic, diced

2 can stewed tomatoes

1 lb. Wild caught shrimp, shelled and deveined

1 T. chopped fresh basil

Salt & pepper (to taste)

1 small pkg. brown rice pasta, cooked according to package

1/2 c. Feta cheese, for sprinkling over top

Sauté garlic and onion in oil until translucent. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 min. Stir in strip and cook until pink. Spoon sauce mixutre over to top of cooked pasta. Top with a sprinkle of feta cheese. Enjoy!
